Sushi Ann attracts connoisseurs with probably the most authentic Edomezushi in town. The beautiful streamlined dining room is pleasantly bright and minimal with wood accents which add to the traditional Japanese atmosphere.
You will not find teriyaki or tempura here. The focus is of course on raw and marinated dishes, allowing the talented chefs to fully devote their attention to making fresh, delicious, traditional preparations such as hand rolls of burdock or radish sprout.
If it is available, you should try the famous salmon roe over Japanese white radish or better yet the yellowtail with wasabi and scallion. Yum!
